Shirin khan: The life of an IT Engineer who blooms the world.

The most dedicated and ambitious journey started when Shirin was in her teenage though there was no sign of encouragement from her family as belonging to a very conservative family. Despite several barriers, she is the motivation to the children of her family and a successful software developer. Career was the most important factor for Shirin Khan. To put a slice of bread on the table, to gain respect, and for self-satisfaction, she did
it all. She is a great example of "great success ".



She had faced a certain junction or a cross-road at some point in her life which had a major effect on her life. And she chose her passion, IT engineering. Well, the job itself is creative, but it didn't stop her. Myriad people were shocked by her decision because engineering is a hard and challenging career. Starting with a $106 job, she started working hard, and it paid off. She had tremendous growth.

Above all, she got what she wanted, her dreams changing into real reality. 



The fire in a woman can enlighten the whole world:  
If women were meant to be weak, God wouldn't have given them the power to give birth. Today, if we look at places in the earth women, are criticised and toured by men who think that women should be at their services like servants. But they forget that if a woman is determined to achieve something, she can change the whole world. Thus the power of a woman has also been appreciated and had been awarded in history.



The word itself implies that women are not powerful enough- they need to empower patriarchal society suppressed women's freedom across the world. As more and more women start crossing the artificial barriers, women world began to witness the rise of women. We need to start educating each girl; we need to give them their rights and teach them to raise their voice against abuse.



Out of the total population, 50% of the population should consist of women. However, due to female foeticide practices, girl child numbers are decreasing sharply. Women can be empowered in various ways. We need to start giving them opportunities equal to men. Women must be taught the skills to fend for themselves in case they face a financial crisis. 



Women empowerment is essential to the health and social betterment of families, societies & countries. When women are living safe, fulfilled and productive lives, they can reach their full potential. It is key to economic growth.
