What Ages You Faster, How You Take Care Your Self.
We all are going to age, but the life you live and how you take care of yourself can really dictate the speed of the overall process! Taking care of your body in multiple ways means that you are going to age as well as your genetics and epi-genetics allow.
Meaning that you are giving your genetics the best fighting chance, but allowing certain genes to shine through based on what you are doing day in a day out. A few beers, a night of not sleeping, a piece of cheesecake, etc.
Will not be doing any terrible amounts of damage long term, but doing these things on a very routine basis can certainly take their toll. Loneliness is something most don't think about, but that especially with what is going on right now.
This will be a really big issue in terms of both mental and physical health for people forward. How you live your life can be the difference between not only looking great at an older age but feeling great as well!
