Welcome to the era of combining street fashion and luxury

At Milan Fashion Week, which just ended, designers proposed mixology that combines sports time with luxury and classics with fetish elements.

The fall-winter collection presented at the recently concluded Milan Fashion Week is a mix of contrasting ideas and energies. Kind of like an instant-teen quake, colliding with Gen Z and Y2K aesthetics. Donatella Versace even puts a note on the dominants, putting arrows for the "Look at me" bodice under the scanner, styling it with a sewn bodysuit and unnaturally distorted latex tights.

Prada, always a leader in the Milan calendar, paired a simple logo tank top with a mesh skirt that features an opaque knit play and an appliqué texture. Finally, Bella Hadid opened Fendi's appearance in a soft and sensual bag combined with a leather jacket in a matching color.

Mixology is everyone's favorite. Gucci's Alessandro Michele, for example, delivered tailored tracksuits with crystal ties and reinterpreted favorite bags like the Diana and Bamboo with the sporty AdidasxGucci. It's also hard to overlook the adorable animal and paisley clashes in Etro and Roberto Cavalli. On the other hand, Missoni wore a black leather biker jacket underneath a striped men's blazer.
