Ukraine Plane Was Hijacked In Afghanistan Makes A U-Turn.

Ukraine has now denied that its plane was hijacked from the Afghan capital, Kabul. Earlier, Ukrainian Deputy Foreign Minister Yevgeny Yenin said a Ukrainian plane had been seized in the Afghan capital, Kabul. The aircraft arrived in Afghanistan to evacuate Ukrainian nationals.

The Deputy Foreign Minister of the Government of Ukraine informed us that strange people hijacked our plane on Sunday. The aircraft, which was carrying unidentified people, was flown to Iran on Tuesday.

Iranian Minister Abbas Asal claims that the aircraft landed at Mashhad airport in northeast Iran, although it left for Ukraine after refueling and landed at Kyiv airport.

So far, 83 people have been reportedly brought from Kabul to Kyiv. It also included 31 Ukrainian citizens. There are still more than 100 Ukrainian nationals present in Afghanistan who are being rescued.
