The 24-year-old Kylie Cosmetics mogul disclosed on her Instagram Story on Monday how Scott, 30, chose to praise the day in a big way.
With a clip set to H.E.R.'s "Every Kind of Way," the youngest Jenner panned over her home's entryway, which was adorned with dozens of pink and white floral arrangements. She also shared photos of the "Sicko Mode" rapper's romantic gesture, such as one of a huge pink bear surrounded by roses.
Jenner's final photo was of a gingerbread house with "Happy Valentine's Day" written on it. Four gingerbread people stood in front of the gingerbread house, representing the couple's growing family.
"Kylie is very thankful for Travis," a source tells PEOPLE in response to Scott's thoughtful gesture.
"He's a romantic at heart. He surprised her with a bouquet of white and pink roses for Valentine's Day. She was in tears over it. They had a special dinner as well, "According to the source.

According to a rep for the Kardashians star on February 2, Jenner gave birth to a baby boy, who spoke to news shortly before the romantic holiday.
She later announced their kid's names, Wolf Webster, on her Instagram Story, which a source stated she and Scott chose "together" but wanted to "make sure" they "loved the name" before announcing.
"Kylie has helped, but she is also very hands-on," an insider told News after Wolf's arrival.
"Travis and Kylie are a happy couple. Stormi, who turned four on February 1, is "fascinated by her little brother as well as has been able to hold him," according to the insider."
