This summer, you must have Jira water know reasons
With hot summer temperatures, people have a variety of drinks to choose from to stay hydrated and cool. One of the most popular drinks in Indian households is jajeera.
Karishma Shah, integrative nutritionist, and holistic life coach, explains the benefits of jajeera and the amount consumed for best results.
Nutritionists say that many people consume jajeera to aid digestion because there are mint powder, jeera, rock salt, amchoor powder, and hinge as ingredients that are good for digestion. He also said that jajira is helpful in detoxifying the body, keeping people relaxed, and not feeling bloated throughout the day. According to experts, anything that is consumed in moderation is perfect. Therefore, if consumed correctly, Jajeera will do its job and not have any significant side effects. However, because it contains salt, drinking it in large amounts can cause sodium levels to increase in the body, which is dangerous.
"No more than one glass of Jajeera a day and no Boondi in your drink because it's a fried product," he says. Instead, he highly recommends adding some saber seeds to jajeera for a better cooling effect on the body.
