Selling OC stars are Stuck in a heated debate over rumors in the dramatic first look of the new season

Fans caught a glimpse of the Selling Sunset spinoff during Sunday's MTV Movie & TV Awards.

An exclusive video from the new spinoff show, Selling the OC, premiered during Sunday's awards ceremony, as Selling Sunset stars Christelle Staus and Emma Hernan officially handed over the keys to the new franchise.

The teaser doesn't disappoint when it comes to drama, starting with realtor Alexandra Rose, who told her partner Polly Brindle: "He told me a lot of bullshit that he talked about me and then came out to you… why lie about him? I didn't. "

Another OC Salesperson, Kayla Cardona, then jumps in and asks if the ladies are arguing over speculation that Alexandra "dozed with someone" to get the list.

Things escalated as the women tried to get to the bottom of the trial at the end of the 30-second clip. In November, the show, which Netflix announced, will follow twin brothers Brett and Jason Oppenheim, who co-starred in the original series and founded the real estate company Oppenheim Group.

The series is produced by Adam Divelo, creator of Selling Sunset and other hit reality shows such as The Hills and Laguna Beach.

In May, Netflix unveiled its first official teaser and the cast announcement during the Selling Sunset special gathering. The teaser, which features a new agent cast, is packed with spicy moments from the show's first season. For example, the video begins with a group of realtors at a beachfront property announcing, "This is OC Real Estate!"

Drama soon ensued. One of the new cast, Polly Brindle, has fans wondering who she was gossiping about over dinner at the beginning of the video. "He's the worst person in the world," he said.

"Dirty little secret, sorry it's in there," Brindle says in another scene. This competition is the highest score ever. "I just wanted to show everyone that this is the level I'm playing and not trick me," said Gio Hello, one of the first agents hired for the Oppenheim Group's Orange County office.

In the trailer, Jason and Brett also appear, but the focus remains on the new cast and their tense interactions.
