Rob Kardashian claims ex-Blac Chyna agreed to quit 'revenge and porn court' but turned down the deal

Blac Chyna is suing her ex-boyfriend Rob Kardashian after she claims to have posted explicit pictures of herself on social media.

Rob Kardashian claims his ex-fiancé Black China agreed to drop his lawsuit against him over revenge porn but is now walking away from the deal.

Kardashian's lawyers allege that China, 34, had promised to drop the case if her client helped her out of a separate lawsuit filed by Justin K. Jones, court documents obtained by PEOPLE show.

Jones, identified in the documents as a "former boyfriend," accused the former of "revealing personal facts" and "deliberately causing emotional distress," the paper said.

According to TMZ, which 1st broke the news, Kardashian and China said they cyberbullied Jones - a former Chinese man a descendant of Pilot Jones - after calling him gay.

"As the trial nears, China and his lawyers approached co-defendant Rob to resolve Jones' case without him having to pay money to secure a biased acquittal," the document said.

Kardashian agreed to the deal last month; however, he claims that China (born Angela White) has "changed his mind" also is now threatening to resume the trial, which was scheduled to begin on June 13, the document said. Kardashian's legal team alleged that "China and its lawyers acted in bad faith" and asked the judge for help to "implement the agreement" and settle the case.

In a statement to People, Chyna's attorney, Lynne Ciani, said: "Under California law, discussions about the deal are confidential. Rob Kardashian violated California law by disclosing details of alleged ongoing settlement talks. California law reserves the right to declare that conversations about the settlement in the revenge porn case against his ex-girlfriend continue. If and when a secret agreement is reached in the case, China will first notify the court and then the media. Regarding the previous trial in April 2022, a Los Angeles jury judge emphatically rejected Rob's testimony that China had physically abused him.
