Rob Kardashian and Black China can't agree on revenge and porn claims; ex will go to court
A Los Angeles County Judge rejected Rob Kardashian's request for a settlement between him and Black China in a revenge porn lawsuit against him, which resulted in a case.
Blac Chyna's lawsuit for revenge porn on Rob Kardashian went to court after the ex failed to reach an agreement.
On Thursday, a California Superior Court judge in Los Angeles County rejected Kardashian's earlier request for a settlement on China's charges, according to court documents seen by the news.
"China is pleased that the judge rejected Rob's request to 'implement' the deal, which never happened," China's lawyer Lin Chiani told the news. "Without a deal, China will prove their case before a Los Angeles jury on June 20 that Rob posted devastating pornography with him to avenge his millions of followers on Instagram without their consent.
China added: "Revenge porn is a hazardous form of violence, especially against girls and women. Victims of revenge porn usually experience serious fear, shame, and helplessness. Some victims of revenge porn have committed suicide. Rob Kardashian does not once hold responsible for his heinous and vengeful actions by releasing revenge porn against China in July 2017. He was never brought to justice. Finally, it's time for Rob to be brought to justice."
In a request earlier this month, Kardashian's lawyer said China, 34, real name Angela Rene White, said she would drop her case if the 35-year-old Kardashian alumnus helped her break out of segregation issued by Justin C. Jones, according to previous court documents obtained by the news.
Jones, identified in the documents as a "former boyfriend," accused the former of "revealing personal facts" and "deliberately causing emotional distress," the paper said. According to TMZ, which first broke the news, Kardashian and China said they cyberbullied Jones - a former Chinese man who is a descendant of Pilot Jones - after calling him gay.
Kardashian's legal team said in the request that China and her lawyer asked Kardashian "to settle Jones' case without him having to pay money to get a biased acquittal."
