Pregnant Jill Duggar Celebrates Successful Maternity Jeans Journey: "We Found A Match!"

Jill Dugard Dillard and her husband Derrick Dillard recently announced that they expect a boy in July. Jill (Duggar) Dillard celebrates a small pregnancy win! On Wednesday, the former TLC star posted a sample photo of herself trying on maternity jeans during her recent shopping trip on Instagram.

The post also featured a cute photo of her husband, Derrick Dillard, walking hand in hand with their son in the parking lot. "Today, I was out in the rain with some of my loved ones shopping for maternity jeans, and luckily we found a pair!" 30-year-old Jill wrote in the caption.

Jill further explained that she was forced to buy new jeans for pregnant women because "she waited too long during pregnancy and the buttonhole/belt-and-belt trick wouldn't cut it!"

In her post, Jill also took the opportunity to express her gratitude to those who contacted her and her family following the hurricane that hit near her home in the southern United States. According to the news, at least seven people were injured in the natural disaster that rocked northwestern Arkansas early Wednesday. As a result, residents were ordered to evacuate their homes, and many buildings were damaged.

"Also, thanks to those who came out to check on the tornado that hit our area this morning!" wrote Jill. "He crashed into the nearest town from us, but we were all safe. Our sirens were blaring this morning, and we had to stay a little longer.

Jill's purchase comes about a month after she and Derrick - now parents to Israel's sons David, 6, and Samuel Scott, 4 - announced they were expecting another child. The couple shared the exhilarating news on their blog just months after having a miscarriage in October. 

"Ever since we were crushed  by the miscarriage of our sweet baby River Bliss last fall, they  have been praying, God willing, He will bless us with another baby," they wrote. 

"We are happy to declare that God has heard our prayers, and we wish our rainbow baby to be born in July 2022!" The fast continues. "We are very grateful for the baby and a healthy pregnancy and look forward to finding out the gender soon!"
