He made his first-class debut for Railways in the 2017–18 Ranji Trophy on 9 November 2017. He made his Twenty20 debut for Railways in the 2018–19 Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy on 21 February 2019.
Experience of County: Pratham has got the experience of the English condition too he had done practice with one of the county team. This helped him a lot in his batting. It was a perfect learning experience at a young age.
Improvement in 2 years: 2017 his debut was excellent he started with classic fifty.
