Neurofibromatosis disease: Indonesian this man tumour can not stop growing.

A brave man is batting through life- Despite living with 30 kilograms worth of tumours on his body. 34-year-old Andriadi Putra has been told by doctors. He was born with Neurofibromatosis, a rare genetic disorder that causes tumours to form on nerve tissue. 


Andriadi, who resides in Medan, Indonesia, finds it difficult to walk and is in pain on a daily basis. The tumours have become bigger and bigger over the last 
2 years, but Andriadi and his family do not have the funds to source the necessary treatment at this point in time.

The tumour has been weighted at around 20kg on his stomach and chest. Not the whole side of his body, the parts on his back and ear. He estimates the weight of all of them. The tumour giving him shortness of breath. it's difficult for him to do activities and go outside. Andriadi meets doctors and took a blood test. After the test, the doctor informed them that is a disease Neurofibromatosis. 



Neurofibromatosis is caused by tumours to form nerve tissue. The tumours can develop anywhere in our nervous system. 

Doctors said this kind of surgery needs a lot of blood donations. Andriadi family conditions pretty bad and at that time there was no national health insurance. Since two years ago, he hasn't been able to work. It difficult for him to take a shower.
