Long we have known stories about people, especially young talents across fields and their journeys in their chosen areas of interest. However, we cannot deny that some girls have completely broken the glass ceiling of male-dominated industries and fields and have been flying high in the sky with their pure passion and talents.

We came across one such pure talent and a young girl from a town in Gujarat, Surendranagar, named Swati Chetanbhai Gosai, who has spellbound people with her talent in Karate. She is a young, beautiful and talented girl who has gradually made her way to the top in the Karate world, not just at the district or national level but also the international level.
Swati Gosai is currently a 3rd-year student in the famous college of Surendranagar, C U Shah Pharmacy and Research College. Since the beginning, if anything that ever attracted Swati Gosai, it was to do something in the world of sports and what better than Karate to prove her mettle as a young girl, at the same time highlighting the importance of Karate, especially for girls who can learn the art of Karate for self-defence.

The young girl began her affair with Karate a decade ago when she was still in her 5th grade. She takes pride in calling herself a 'Black Belt', which she earned in 2018, under the training and guidance of her Karate coach and mentor, Deepak R Chauhan. So far in her Karate career, Swati Gosai has earned White, Yellow, Orange, Green, Blue, Purple, and Brown 3rd, 2nd, 1st belts, after which she went ahead in attaining the coveted Black Belt.

Looking at the name and recognition Swati Gosai has earned, being a young student from Surendranagar is nothing but more inspiring and motivating for the world to know. She has participated in Karate competitions of different levels (10 competitions) and has made a unique place for herself in all of those competitions.
Throwing more light on her accolades and achievements in Karate, Swati Gosai says that at the District level, in 2012, she earned 3rd Rank in Kata, in 2013 and 2014 1st and 3rd Rank respectively in Kumite, all in Surendranagar.

Swati Gosai earned 2nd and 1st Rank in Kumite at the Gujarat level in Gir Somnath in 2012 and 2014, respectively, and 1st Rank in Kumite in Junagadh 2021. She has so far participated in two National level competitions, one in 2013 and the other in 2014, earning 3rd Rank in Kata, in Daman and Goa respectively and 3rd Rank in Kumite.
Swati Gosai earned it huge at the International level in 2019, acquiring 1st Rank in Kumite in Vishakhapatnam and 3rd Rank in Kata.

Swati Gosai's love for Karate has only grown over the years, where she has now translated her love from being a Karate student to becoming a Karate Assistant Coach for the past two years. She teaches and guides students in Karate at RPP Girls High School.
Thanking her family and her coach Deepak R Chauhan, Swati Gosai can't emphasize enough the contribution of these people, who have supported and motivated her at every step of the way and helped her reach staggering heights of success in Karate, making her the pride of Surendranagar, Gujarat and the entire country.
