Making it big in the entertainment world with his brilliant talents and skills as a casting director is Deepesh Rakheja

It has always been so easy for kids to get lured by the glamour world and the lights that shine from the outside, that make them want to be a part of that world and make them aim big to achieve a successful feat in the entertainment space. Every other kid nowadays wants to be a part of the entertainment industry, especially in India, where the glamour world has had a massive impact on audiences with the kind of lifestyle they portray to people outside the industry and attract them to get into the limelight. This is perhaps a common story in every other household, primarily from the smaller towns where kids have bigger dreams to make it in the colossal entertainment industry. One such kid a few years ago wished to make it big in Bollywood with the aim to become an actor and as destiny would have it, he became a huge name in the industry, not as an actor, but as a casting director. He is Deepesh Rakheja.

This 26-year-old young man hails from Hisar, Haryana. He completed his school and higher education from Hisar city. As Rakheja was always great at studies, after graduation, his parents advised him to become a CA. To fulfill their wish Deepesh Rakheja then shifted to Delhi. However, somewhere deep down, he knew his heart wanted something else, and all it sought was a chance to become an actor. Rather than choosing CA, Deepesh Rakheja started trying in a few agencies, which charged him a good amount of money promising him to give work. And, unfortunately, that never happened.

All of Deepesh's money went to waste and this made him meet the CEO of that agency for recovering the money he invested in them; however, that day he realized that this is how agencies work. Just like any other young talent would lose hope,  Deepesh Rakheja too found himself in a dark tunnel where he could not see the light. But, for the ones who never give up and keep moving forward, for them, destiny shows them the right path which leads them to the end of the tunnel, where they can find the light. Making the right move, Deepesh Rakheja jumped into the casting field to hire models, actors, etc. based on their talents, abilities and capabilities.

With his years of consistency and confidence in his work, he enhanced his skills as a casting director and today after being in the industry for six years; he has been able to work with hundreds of talented artists whom he gave a chance and a platform to showcase their acting prowess. He has done around 2500 songs in Punjabi, Hindi, Haryanvi, and even in Bollywood.

Deepesh has become a guiding light to many newcomers in the industry today. His first biggest track was with director Arvindr Khaira, which featured star singer Harry Sandhu and broke all the previous music records. Since then, Deepeah Rakheja has never looked back and has upped his confidence to work along with many other talented names which today are prominent in their own right. 

Some of the names Rakheja gave a bigger platform to are Kanika Mann, Swalina, Rupali Sood, Krushna Patil, Isha Sharma, Bhumika Sharma, Arti Sharma, Rumman Ahmed, Akaisha, J Narula, Mr North India Udaiveer Singh, Nawab Faizi, Ankit Raizada, Sarah khattri, Nimrat Ahluwalia, and Adah Sharma from Bollywood who did her first music video in Punjab through Deepesh Rakheja. He has worked with approximately 400 plus artists so far.

Today when these stars send him a thank you message for giving them that chance in life, Deepesh considers it his happiest moment and his motivation as well. From the last 2.5 years, Deepesh Rakheja is showing his talents as a line producer as well and works with the aim to enter Bollywood and provide an opportunity of a lifetime to many new talents.
