In Ahmedabad, LRD candidates are arriving in the morning-evening grounds for practice. A total of 9.46 lakh applications have been confirmed for direct recruitment of 10459 posts of LRD.
Crowds of people are usually seen coming for morning walks in gardens and grounds in winter. However, after announcing recruitment in Lokrakshak Dal in Gujarat Police, as candidates are preparing for physical tests, crowds of candidates are seen in these gardens and grounds. In most of the state's cities, millions of youths have been practicing running in the fields, on the roads, and in the gardens since early morning. The situation is similar in Ahmedabad.
The hard work of the youth in Ahmedabad
A total of 9.46 lakh applications have been confirmed for direct recruitment of 10459 posts of Armed / Unarmed Constable-Lokarakshak and SRPF Constable in Lokarakshak Dal in Gujarat Police. Physical race exams are to be held in December, so the candidates who have filled the form in the recruitment are preparing for the race.
In many places in Ahmedabad, young men and women are practicing morning and evening running. Youngsters practice running in the open fields in the gardens, Auda Garden, Shahibaug Police Headquarters in the east and west of Ahmedabad city. Divya Bhaskar talked to young men and women practicing running in the park in the town about their LRD recruitment and running exam preparations.
As soon as the recruitment of PSI and LRD came out, preparations for the race have started. At present, we have made preparations to complete the 5000-meter race in around 22 minutes. Morning and evening, we practice running under the guidance of our RM Runners Group coach Rupesh Makwana. Practice running according to their different running tips.
Arrives on the field at 5 o'clock for exercise
"We have started running practice in LRD recruitment," said Tanvi Patel, a woman candidate. The exam is now approaching. We practice every morning and evening. Arriving at 5 a.m., we warm up, then start running by exercising. Running practice, as well as training, goes on with our Rupesh Sir.
The 1600 meter race is to be completed in 9.30 minutes. We are trained to finish this run in the shortest possible time. The 1600 meter race is said to be very rare, but the ground is different. The hard work of the ground suggests that this is not an easy task. But we work hard to get through the race on or before the deadline.
Practice running from the 400 meter round
"We practice both in the morning and in the evening," said Sandeep Singh Solanki, a candidate. Arriving early in the morning, we do stretching, warmup and exercise. Later our running practice begins. First, there is a round of 400 meters, which we try to complete in 1 or 1.20 minutes.
In the evening, we work out to relax the body. People start running anyway, which causes them a lot of trouble, but if they run under the guidance of a good coach, then surely they can pass the exam.
