Jay Kanzariya: Wins Silver medal in India's National Para Olympics Games.

Second-year B.Pharm student Jay Kanzariya of Gujarat's Top Pharmacy college named C U Shah College of Pharmacy Wadhwan wins Silver Medal in Javelin Throw in India's Para Olympics Games.

It is always very surreal to know about all those people who totally astound people with their true talents and passion. These people go ahead in creating a unique name for themselves even amidst much competition because they consistently work upon their efforts, believe in their dreams and go beyond boundaries to make waves in whatever they choose to do in life. 

We have heard many heroic stories so far in our lives and have learned how people have chosen the difficult roads to get nearer their visions and aspirations.

However, only a few brave and determined individuals have gone ahead in sculpting a successful career for themselves, be it in any field. We came across one such high-performing and talented youngster who brought true pride to Gujarat, becoming two Silver medals winner at the National Para Olympics; he is Jay Kanzariya.

This young talent suffers from 90% cerebral palsy and still has completely amazed people with his talents and perseverance. He earned it big at the National Para Olympics, which was held between 21-23 March 2021. It was organized by the India Sports Federation of Cerebral Palsy para Olympics committee and in association with Bihar's athletic competition. 

This competition has completely changed Jay Kanzariya's life as Jay, who hails from Halvad, Morbi district, went ahead in getting at the second position at Shot put, Javelin throw and at the national level earned two silver medals. Apart from this, Jay Kanzariya reached the third position in Discus throw and earned a bronze medal.

For years, sports was something that Jay Kanzariya was always attracted towards and even his physical challenges in life could not stop him from getting nearer his goals in life. He has worked relentlessly for the past five years and today has multiplied his hometown's pride. He is still a 2nd-year B.Pharm student from Gujarat's Top Pharmacy College named C U Shah College of Pharmacy and Research, Wadhwan Surendranagar.

Jay Kanzariya confesses that his Ahmedabad based uncle Dineshbhai Kanzariya inspired him. This has helped Jay Kanzariya to earn the third position at the national level in Shot put, Javelin throw and Discus throw. He has truly inspired people and is looking forward to making a name for himself on the global stage as well.
