IPL 13 postponed till April 15 by BCCI due to Coronavirus.

It was going to happen, and the news came. Much awaited IPL-13 2020 Suspended till April 15. The further decision on IPL 2020 will be taken according to circumstances. If things get worst, then we will not see IPL in 2020.

Earlier Delhi Government told they would not allow any games to be played in Delhi grounds due to Coronavirus. Manish Sisodia clearly said they don't want to take any risk, so this year we want to allow any game of cricket in Delhi. 

The situation in India is getting is, however, haven't gone out of control, but it is better to take proactive steps against deadly virus Covid-19.

As we all know, Coronavirus has been declared a global health emergency by WHO.  It is officially reported as Pandemic. So BCCI doesn't want to take any risk and decided to postpone the IPL till April 2020. 

Every year we see a number of players come to play IPL as it is the biggest cricket event in the world. Many other countries do their own 20-20 series, but IPL is right there at the top.

Lots of money involved in IPL, people in India and abroad love to watch IPL. It is 13th IPL in 2020. May be 13 becoming an unlucky number of BCCI and IPL team as it is suspended due to global health emergency.

Everyone this time was aware that IPL might be cancelled or postponed due to Coronavirus and today on 13th march 2020 news came that it is suspended till April 15 2020. BCCI doesn't want to take any risk as millions of people come to ground watch IPL matches. So they don't want to take any chance this time.
