India Lost the 2nd Odi against NewZealand, Jadeja and Navdeep Saini's tried but failed.
Second ODI we show lots of ups and down an entire match. Started with Newzealand inning, they started well and lost the momentum in between as they were 190 for 7, but Ross Taylor once again batted brilliantly with Kyle Jamieson.
Ross Taylors brilliant 70runs helped Newzealand score 270 else team was going down below 240. The turning point was Shardul's over where he was gone for plenty and Newzealand score went pass 250.
India started poorly as Prithvi and Agarwal got our cheeply. Prithvi showed some class before getting out by poor shot selection as a long gap between bat and leg.
Tall fast bowler Jamieson bowl pretty well as got two priced wickets and Veteran Southee took Virat with a beautiful swinging delivery.
India was struggling, but Shreyas made brilliant 50, but he gave away his wicket else India would have won easily.
The surprise was Navdeep Saini he smacked few sixes and batted brilliantly for his 45. Saini and Jaddu's partnership took match till the end.
Jadeja too played sensibly and scored excellent 50. Took the match till the end but he gave up in 49th overs, and India lost the 2nd Odi.
Lots of plus points for Newzealand Jamieson bowling, Southee's form is coming back, and evergreen Taylor and also Guptill showing some good form these things are lifting Newzeland's hope.
India has to play well to defeat Newzealand team in next ODI's, there is scare now of whitewash after a long time in abroad ODI series.
Three things which should be changed in India team are:
1.) Kedar Jadhav in the team. Yes, he has played well till now, but from past few series he is not in form, and he is not getting the bowling too. Kedar Jadhav's fielding also is the problem.
2.) Shardul Thakur's bowling is I feel not suitable for depth bowling which means his overs should be completed before 40.
3.) Poor show by both the openers, Yes it will be harsh if they got dropped in 3rd Odi but I feel Agarwal might get dropped in 3rd Odi and we might see Pant or Pandey in the team as a batsman, and I definitely feel Kedar Jadhav might lose his spot in the team.
