Inauguration of Arjun Sahayak project at Mahoba

Prime Minister Narendra Modi today inaugurated the Arjun Sahayak project at Mahoba. The Arjun Sahayak project of about Rs 2,655 crore will prove to be very beneficial for the farmers of Mahoba, Hamirpur, Banda. Through this project, farmers will get the benefit of an irrigation facility of 59,485 hectares of land. At the same time, 200 lakh cubic meters of drinking water will be available in the Mahoba district through this project.

The Bundelkhand Expressway and the UP Defense Corridor are a massive part of it. Besides, the Prime Minister said that the people of Bundelkhand are seeing a government working for development for the first time. Previous governments did not tire of plundering UP; we do not waste working.

The Prime Minister said that those who had run the government earlier had done well to their families by looting Bundelkhand. It doesn't matter if your family is thirsty for drops.

After Mahoba, the Prime Minister will visit Jhansi and lay the foundation stone of a 600 MW Ultra Mega Solar Power Park at Garuda. It will cost about Rs 3,000 crore. Apart from that, the Prime Minister will inaugurate the Atal Ekta Park worth Rs 11 crore. Sculptor Ram Sutar has created this statue, and he also contributed to the construction of the Statue of Unity.

Prime Minister Modi will participate in the National Defense Dedication Festival at Jhansi. During this time, they will be handing over indigenously designed and developed weapons equipment to the army. In addition, they will lay the foundation stone of a Rs 400 crore project at the Defense Corridor.
