In "The Devil Wears Prada," Anne Hathaway shares her favourite look

Anne Hathaway's 2006 movie The Devil Wears Prada, which follows Andy's journey to a job as assistant to Miranda Priestly, also editor-in-chief of a high fashion magazine, is a film that captures the fashion imagination of every inspired millennial and remains a classic.

In an interaction with Interview Magazine, Ann revealed one look from the film: "more Ann than Andy." "I love what I wore to James Hoult's party, a knee-length Chanel velvet coat and then a miniskirt and studded stockings and boots," she said.

The actor admitted that he considered the dress a "pattern" because he "kept finding straight pins in it."

Revealing that her style was influenced by working with film costume designer Patricia Field, she added, "This is a chicken-and-egg issue because what I consider to be my style was heavily influenced by the collaboration with Patricia Field and talking to her about how to go with the outfit.'

In the interview, Anne also revealed what she regretted having worn once. "There was a time when I was very young, and I was dressing for an event alone and walking the red carpet, and I didn't know my dress was see-through and I wasn't wearing a bra.
