If The Stubborn DEO Does Not Appear Now, A Warrant Will Be Issued.

A man on a lease at New Era High School in Vadodara had applied to the Gujarat Educational Services Tribunal for voluntary retirement after 30 years.
He introduced that, due to his physical injury, he now wants to take voluntary retirement after completing 30 years of duty. He presented all the evidence before the court. So the court, after hearing the submission, gave all the benefits of retirement of this person to Vadodara DEO. The matter was ordered to be disposed of within 90 days.
The applicant did not receive the benefit for one year.
Despite spending one year of this order, this person did not get any benefit. The Vadodara DEO ignored the order and did not take any action. So this person filed a contempt petition against this DEO. The DEO was not present in it either, so the court ordered the DEO to be present.
However, during the court hearing on the second date after the order, the DEO again ignored the order and did not attend. With that, he sent his representative. The court asked his representative, who also did not respond to the DEO's absence. So the court expressed its anger before the DEO of Vadodara.
The court slammed him and fined the DEO Rs. A fine of Rs 5,000 and non-attendance at the next hearing has been warned to issue a non-bailable warrant. The court ordered the DEO to explain why the contract was not published in his defense within seven days.
Gujarat Educational Services Tribunal Court expressed displeasure.
Gaurav Thakore, counsel for the petitioner, said the court had expressed anger against the DEO of Vadodara for disregarding the court order in the case. The court has now ordered a non-bailable warrant against him if the DEO does not appear at the next hearing.
Gujarat Educational Services Tribunal Judge PB Desai has ordered the DEO to pay Rs 5,000 from his salary to the applicant. However, the applicant has not yet received those benefits due to this DEO. So the hearing of this case will be held on 12th August.
