• Trump also implemented a rule that any immigrants who have received government benefits such as cash, assistance, food assistance, free drugs cannot get a green card.
• During Corona, the government did not pay attention to the green card making process. The National Visa Center was also understaffed which is still inadequate. 421,358 interviews are pending in April this year.
• One million green cards lost in a decade. Fewer applications are often accepted. For this reason green cards are allotted below the prescribed limit. The additional green card quota is not added in the next financial year. 1 lakh green cards have been wasted this year.

The proposal presented by him has been approved by 25 commissioners. It was also recommended to increase the number of officers at the National Visa Center and increase the speed of interviews.
