Yes, yummy sweet Gajar Ka Halwa is most eaten Halwa in India. You will find Gajar ka Halwa at many shops, but no one can beat Homemade Gajar Ka Halwa after all pure natural things with dry fruits on it, Pure Ghee and all is tough to get from any shop. So many prefer Gajar Ka Halwa homemade.
Carrots, as we all know, are perfect for health; it has antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and fibre. Carrots are suitable for the eyes and also for cardiovascular patients. Ok, we all know its benefits, but how to make this Gajar Ka Halwa there are many ways to do it. Starts with grating carrots if you smell sweet than your Halwa become tastier. Yes if carrots are sweet, naturally it adds up special to Halwa.

Traditional way: Take Carrots according to members, add them in Kadhai and cook that at low flame. Add cream Milk according to carrot once you feel water is boiled. After sometime increase the fire of your Gas and keep stirring till the milk is absorbed. Add 1cup grated Khoya and mix it well then add sugar according to taste with one spoon green cardamom powder. You can also add Ghee and also dry roasted nuts and keep on Gas until the colour becomes dark red.
You can also do Gajar ka Halwa in a pressure cooker, then microwave Gajar ka halwa. Black Gajar Ka Halwa Trust us, it is unbelievably delicious! Grind half a kg black carrots and cook them on low flame with one kg full cream milk. Once cooked well and the milk absorbed, add 1 cup condensed milk and allow it to simmer. Now add nuts, a little bit of ghee and cardamom powder and cook till the halwa is done. Enjoy!
