Euro 2020 England Success Across Denmark Attended Through 23.86m Year Up To That Point.

Almost 27m watchers watched England's notable Euro 2020 triumph against Denmark on Wednesday on ITV and ITV+1. As per overnight figures, the semi-last at Wembley Stadium brought an expected crowd of 23.86m. The most recent five minutes of the match drew a pinnacle crowd of 25.71m - practically 5m more than the pinnacle crowd recorded during Sunday's game against Ukraine. 

The game was the most-watched non-news occasion since Croatia took England out of the 2018 World Cup. The match was watched by 24.3m on 11 June 2018, beside a pinnacle of 26.5m tuning into ITV's coverage. England's 4-0 success over Ukraine on Sunday pulled in a pinnacle TV crowd of 20.9m, making it the most-observed live TV occasion of the year up to that point.
