Did Italy Surrender Unconditionally on the new cases of CoronaVirus?

Does Italy surrender? unconditionally as death toll spikes and hospitals struggle on the new cases of CoronaVirus! 

Italy has mentioned 602 new deaths from the coronavirus on Monday, bringing the whole to 6,820 deaths & 69,176 total positive cases.

Medical centres are not been able to treat new coronavirus cases. Attilio Fontana President of Lombardy urged people to stay at home.
