David and Victoria Beckham celebrate their 23rd wedding anniversary: photos

On Monday, the soccer legend and former Spice Girls member celebrated their 23rd wedding anniversary with a sweet social media post.
Victoria, 48, spoke about her goofy approach on Instagram, captioning a photo of herself and David, 47. "They said it wasn't funny; I never smile; they said it wouldn't last," she teased.
He continued severely: "Today, we celebrate 23 years of marriage. David, you are everything to me. I love you so much!!!! Meanwhile, David shared a clip from his return to the Sacha Baron Cohen Ali G Show, where he was asked if he "fell in love with the Spice Girls" before they officially met.
"No, but I like Posh," David replied, mentioning his wife's chart-topping nickname.
He repeated the quote in his caption. "No, but I love Posh," wrote David. "23 years ago today, Posh became Mrs. Beckham, but she will always be Posh."
"Happy birthday," he added. "WOW, 23 years and four beautiful children, I love you. We all love you." Victoria and David married in Ireland in 1999. They have sons Cruz, 17, Romeo, 19, Brooklyn, 23, and daughter Harper, 10.
In May, Victoria celebrated David's birthday with an equally sweet Instagram post, sharing many photos from her recent tropical vacation. "Love you so much, @davidbeckham," he wrote in the caption. "You are the best husband anyone could ask for, and I feel truly blessed. You are everything to me x love you so much x happy birthday."
The pair have also dropped out due to their cute tendencies in the past. In February, David appeared on the River Café Table 4 podcast and revealed the food his wife has been eating since they first met.
David joked that he has a passion for cooking, "Unfortunately, I married a man who has been eating the duplicate thing for 25 years!"
"Ever since I met Victoria, all she's been eating is grilled fish and steamed vegetables," David told host Ruthie Rogers. "It will very rarely deviate from that."
