COVID: Total Cases In Gujarat Are 77,889 Of Which 26 Are Active Cases And 3 Cases Are On Ventilator.

Based on the data released by the Vadodara Municipal Corporation, the total number of positive cases of corona in Vadodara city and district has reached over 71,889. The official death toll in the Vadodara district has remained stable at 623. A total of 71,240 people have beaten the corona so far.

26 patients are undergoing treatment

A further 3 cases of the corona were reported in Vadodara city on Tuesday. Two patients were reported in urban areas and one in rural areas. One thousand three hundred thirty-seven samples were taken. In which new cases have come up in Fatehganj and Gotri as well as Dhanyavi. Today, three new cases have been registered, and the total number of positive cases has reached 71,889. At present, 26 patients are undergoing treatment in various hospitals in Vadodara city. 

32 surgeries at Sayaji and Gotri Hospital

One case of mucormycosis was reported at Sayaji Hospital on Tuesday. At the same time, 32 surgeries were performed at Sayaji and Gotri Hospitals. On the other hand, three patients undergoing treatment were discharged. Unfortunately, however, one patient who was undergoing treatment died.

Vadodara Rural has the highest number of 26,750 cases.

So far, 71,889 positive cases of corona have been reported in the Vadodara city district. Out of which, 9661 patients were reported in East Zone, 11,915 in West Zone, 11,763 in North Zone, 11,764 in South Zone, 26,750 in rural Vadodara, and 36 cases were reported from outside cities and states.
