Coronavirus: Royal Opera Residence To Promote Davis Hockney Portrait To Assist Enhance Funds.

The royal opera residence is planning to sell a David Hockney portrait of its former leader, Sir David Webster, in a desperate bid to elevate money amid the coronavirus pandemic.
