Coronavirus Madhya Pradesh: A TikTok user who roasted people for wearing masks, tests positive for the virus.

Since the time the world came to know about the spread of the deadliest coronavirus last year in December, most parts of the world saw a downturn in every aspect whether it is their health, their economy, their trade or anything else. Coronavirus entered India when it was almost February & still, people thought nothing would happen to them & their lives would be saved. Well, nothing wrong with being positive with one's thoughts, but getting overconfident about something can definitely land you in trouble.

The above was proved with a case that took place in Sagar district of Madhya Pradesh with a young man of 25 years. The man in question has been quite an active TikTok user & since the time coronavirus entered India & officials started spreading the message of wearing masks to help prevent the contraction of the virus; this young man has been making TikTok videos that make fun of people wearing masks. But, unfortunately, while he was busy poking fun at others for wearing masks, he was attacked by COVID-19 & was tested positive for the same. An official confirmed the news on Sunday.

The patient's condition is stable as of now as per Dr G S Patel from Sagar’s Government Bundelkhand Medical College. However, after getting tested positive for the virus & getting himself hospitalised, he still made TikTok videos in the hospital from the isolation facility where he is kept right now. So, the authorities at the hospital had to take hold of his mobile phone as he did not stop posting more TikTok videos even from the isolation facility. The video the man shot at the hospital has him wearing the mask & asking people for their prayers.

One of the initial videos that he posted after the outbreak of the pandemic in India, showed him sitting on a bike where he is asked by someone to wear a mask, he rejects the idea & says, "Is kapde ke tukde par kya bharosa rakhna, rakhna hai to us upar wale par rakho." (Why should one keep faith on a piece of cloth rather keep faith in the almighty.) Later in the video, it is seen that he throws away the piece of cloth in the air & Bollywood song from the film Rockstar "Kun Faya Kun" plays in the background.

Dean GS Patel said that the man had complaints of fever & cough & had come to the government hospital where he was tested positive for COVID-19.

Soon after his TikTok videos went viral; people ridiculed him for his antics for mocking the mask.
