Celebrity Britney Spears: Judge Rejects Motion To Remove Dad From Town Hall.

An American judge rejected Britney Spears' motion to remove her father from overseeing his conservatism. The pop star's attorney asked a Los Angeles court to end control of Jamie Spears' home last November.

They said the star was "scared of his father" and wanted to remove him as their only conservative - a role he has played since 2008. Although the motion was rejected, the decision did not respond to Spears' explosive testimony in court last week. For 23 minutes, the star said she was drugged, forced to act against her will, and had no children.

Investigation of alleged abuse

"I just need to get my life back," he said on the phone as he asked the court to end his preservation. However, the judge cannot decide based on his testimony until he makes a formal request to terminate the agreement. The filings filed on Wednesday relate only to a November motion in which Spears called for private asset manager Bessemer Trust to be referred to as "the sole conservative."

Despite refusing to remove Jamie Spears from office, Judge Brenda Penny approved the Bessemer Trust's role as one of the multimillion-dollar star's home restorers. In a separate paper, lawyer Jamie Spears asked the court to investigate the star's abuse allegations.

The Los Angeles justice system has also finalized plans to allow press officials to hear court proceedings remotely after audio recordings of Spears' testimony were recorded and leaked online. The move comes a week after the Baby One More Time singer launched a violent attack on the "offensive" conservatism controlling her life for 13 years.

She told the judge she was traumatized and cried every day, adding, "I deserve to have a life." The star also said she was denied the right to have more children and was placed on a psychiatric drug, lithium, against her will.

Spears, a mother of two, announced she wanted to marry her boyfriend and have another baby, but the treasurer wouldn't allow it. She claims that she was prevented from removing the intrauterine device (IUD) to become pregnant.
