Britney Spears' ex-husband, Jason Alexander, faces trial on prosecution charges.

On Monday, Jason Alexander pleaded not guilty to all charges after being accused of breaking into Britney Spears' home on their wedding day.

Britney Spears' ex-husband is facing molestation and other charges after allegedly breaking into the singer's home just hours before her wedding to Sam Asgari.

According to the Associated Press, Ventura County Judge David R. Worley ruled in a two-hour preliminary hearing that there was sufficient evidence against Jason Alexander to bring the charges against him to trial.

Together with prosecutors, Alexander, 40, was charged with felony misdemeanor and refusal to leave the personal property, vandalism, and murder, according to a reservation form at the Ventura County Sheriff's Office. The guarantee is $100,000.

Spears, 40, had previously received a three-year restraining order against Alexander, ordering him to stand at least 100 yards from the circus singer. Also, during the trial, security guard Richard N. Ubeler testified that on Spears' wedding day, Alexander attempted to force the door to their bedroom, which was locked, reports Rolling Stone.

"He started to dig into his right pocket," Uber told Alexander after Spears' ex-girlfriend noticed the door wouldn't open. I drew my gun and gripped it to my chest.

Cheerer, who testified that Alexander was seen near Spears' home in late May and the day before their wedding, also recalled allegedly calling out the singer's name when told to leave the property.

"Uh, I'll be back the same way I came," Alexander said as he cracked the doorknob Ubeler was holding with his foot, according to Oibeler, according to Rolling Stone.

Mueller saw Spears after Alexander was arrested and said the pop star was "furious and wants everyone to leave the property," according to Rolling Stone, adding that he left his home before returning to his wedding.

The publication and reports that Ventura County detective Dylan Foley testified that following Alexander's arrest, Spears and Asgari dated "to try to calm down." Instead, according to officers, Spears agent Cade Hudson said he was "excited, crying, shaking [and] panicking."

Sheriff's Deputy Jose Torres also stood up and said that upon arriving at the scene, he found Alexander's "foldable Gerber cutter box", according to Rolling Stone.
