Billie Eilish says revealing pornography when he was young was a nightmare.

Singer Billie Eilish described how he had nightmares after 11 years old. Speaking to SiriusXM, the 19-year-old said she was now "devastated" to think about her exposure to the content.

Billie Eilish said the experience made her "not say no to bad things" when she started having sex. "That's because I thought it was supposed to pull me in," the Grammy winner said.

Billie Eilish, who is about to turn 20, has spent most of her teenage years in public. She has earned a reputation for wearing a wide variety of clothing styles and has spoken regularly about her body image and sexualization as she grew up.

Pornography comes up in interviews, as mentioned in a song, Male Fantasy, on their album Happier Than Ever. He told interviewer Howard Stern that he now views pornography as "shameful" after seeing content he described as "violent" and "abusive" in his childhood.

Billie Eilishis critical of how pornography can portray women's bodies and sexual experiences. "I don't understand why it's so bad - I think that's how you learn to have sex," Billie Eilish said of the ad, adding that her mother was "horrified" when she told her.

"I was a defender and thought I was one of those guys, and I would talk about it, and I thought I was cool. I don't have a problem with him, and I don't understand why it's bad".

The singer-songwriter says she believes that watching content "destroyed" her brain when she was younger and left her with nightmares. Eilish said it was a "real problem" that pornography could lead to a broader understanding of what is expected in sex, including consent.

Experts support this view focused on child welfare, including Unicef, who say that exposing pornography at a young age can be harmful. They say that pornography, which depicts abuse and hatred of women, can lead to normalization, poor mental health, and other adverse outcomes in children.

Billie also covered several other topics in her interview, including general dating and being infected with Covid-19 earlier this year despite being vaccinated.
