Ayushma has bought an apartment on the 20th floor of Windsor Grand Residency in Lokhandwala, Andheri West. The flat is valued at Rs 19.30 crore.

According to sources, the document was filed by Ayushman Khurana on November 29 last year. The actor paid Rs 96.50 lakh in stamp duty. Spread over 4027 square feet, the house also has four car parks.

Ayushman's younger brother Aparshakti purchased a 1745 sq ft flat in the same building. The flat is priced at Rs 7.25 crore. He has paid Rs 36.25 lakh as stamp duty. Aparshakti documented this on December 7 last year. Aparshakti has got two car parking.
