At the F1 British GP, Tom Cruise celebrates his 60th birthday

Tom most recently appeared in the sequel to his 1986 cult hit, Top Gun: Maverick. The movie, in which he reprises his well-known role as Naval aviator Pete Mitchell, received positive reviews from critics and also is regarded as one of the best action movies in recent memory. Additionally, it is a major movie office hit. It is now the highest-grossing movie of 2022, earning over a billion dollars at the box office.


When Tom returns to the Mission Impossible franchise in its newest installment, Dead Reckoning Part 1, he will play another of his fan favorites, Ethan Hunt. The movie will premiere on July 14, 2023.
