At Coachella, Harry Styles joins 'star-struck' Shania Twain on stage.

Key Takeaways:

On Friday, Harry Styles surprised his Coachella audience with an unexpected guest: Shania Twain.

Styles' set lasted only a few minutes longer than she did, so she didn't make an appearance until the very end. As soon as Styles finished performing "What Makes You Beautiful," a song from his boy band days with One Direction, the renowned refrain of Twain's "Man, I Feel Like a Woman," began to play.

Styles, clad in a low-cut jumpsuit with rainbow sequins, was perplexed until Twain, 56, arrived from behind the stage, climbing on a platform in a matching sequined dress and white go-go boots.

In a video broadcast by Coachella, the queen of country pop remarked, "Let's go, girls."

Styles, 28, joined in on the chorus of "Man, I Feel Like a Woman," and the two danced about the stage, much to the audience's delight.

The two cuddled at the song's end before sitting on two stools. "This lady taught me to sing in the car with my mother when I was a kid," Styles added. "She also said that guys are garbage. I will be forever thankful to you for the memories you gave me with my mother, "Addressing Twain, he remarked.

"I am honored and ecstatic to be here," Twain stated. "I'm at a loss for words right now. What can I say? I'm a little star-struck."

The two then played "You're Still The One," a song Twain said she penned when Styles was "just a tiny kid," according to Twain.

Twain praised her co-performance star's on Twitter after the lively duet. She wrote, "I mean, c'mon... HARRY STYLES."

During his appearance, Styles also sang his new record-breaking hit "As It Was."

According to the Coachella program, Styles' concert started at 11:35 a.m. Billie Eilish, Arcade Fire, Carly Rae Jepsen, and The Weeknd are among the other headliners from the star-studded weekend.
