He believed that Dubai is the business hub in the world. He established the firm called ‘Aras Group’, which looked after the investment and construction sector.

Aschraf Mahmud’s focal point was on evolution and development in real estate, trading, and rentals, consulting, and brokerage. He is creating a spectacular and sumptuous tower in Dubai in the Majan region with 96 apartments which should be accomplished at the end of this August. He is also going to inaugurate a new project of 74 apartments in four months in Dubai. Aras Development is his company in Dubai that focuses on giving their clients superiority and luxury at affordable rates. Aras Real Estate is another company in Dubai which looks after real estate brokerage.

Aschraf Mahmud is constructing a community with Kindergarten, a big playground, 10 huge Villas, a tower with 61 huge Apartments in Germany. He left no stone unturned as he also made his presence count by investing in the food and beverages market and several restaurants in Dubai. He also spread his wings in the tourism and transportation industry. He bagged clients including Danata, Alpha Tours, TUI, Big hotel groups and so forth.

He also acted as an investor in various startups, which scaled up their business and brand value. He has funded companies over 1 BILLION USD under Aras Group. He also furnishes with acquisitions and mergers consulting service to innumerable banks, entrepreneurs, management teams, private equity firm and stakeholders.
