Arab Women's Fashion Week is back with international offers.

The women's ready-to-wear runway show Spring 2022 finally ended with a win last week, but fashion lovers won't have to wait long for another fashion week announcement. On Monday, the Arab Fashion Council and Dubai Design District announced that they had joined forces to bring back Arab Women's Fashion Week (AFW), which will take place from March 24-28.

In a physical and online format, the five-day event features more than 20 shows on track from regional and international designers, including Saudi label Death by Dolls, Filipino fashion designer Michael Sinco, Beirut-based Emergency Room, and Palestinian designer Ihab. Iris and Polish label Poca Poca. The designers present their finished collection for the fall of 2022.

Weinsanto will also be present at AFW in partnership with the Federation de la Haute Couture et de la Mode (the governing body for the French fashion industry and Paris Fashion Week).

Khadija Al-Bastaki, CEO of d3, said in a statement: "Arab Fashion Week is rapidly becoming a milestone for artists, brands, and fans around the world, and each season strengthens Dubai's position on the global fashion scene. This year, we are confident this year will fulfill our promise of innovative and inspiring track performances and our district's commitment to rethinking regular events through digital polls, immersive activations, pop-ups, and more.

Mohamed Accra, Strategic Director of the Arab Fashion Council, said: "Our mission remains to strengthen our commitment to empowering and supporting designers working in the Middle East and North Africa to take innovative approaches on their growth paths. Together with d3, we continue to maintain Dubai's role as the fashion capital of the region."
