An Interview in Hollywood with Kashyap Mori

Indian actors have and will continue to contribute to Hollywood. Kashyap Mori is an addition to that from Ahmedabad, India. Kashyap grew up in the heart of Gujarat. Later shortly after finishing his Bachelors, he moved to Los Angeles, California to professionally himself further in the craft of acting. 




He got trained at one of the most credible institutes in the Method Acting ‘The Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institution’. While the art of acting is subjective to the artist, Kashyap has found his place in the sin city as an actor. His passion for acting developed when his mother introduced him to western cinema through films such as Titanic, Jurassic Park and the very first Spider-Man. 



‘While all of us wants to change the world, this actor’s philosophy roams around stories, he believes that stories are immortal. There is a euphoric feeling when actors and filmmakers achieve their vision through storytelling, it is that simple and enough for us to keep going’ Says the actor.

Also, he introduced us to his latest work in the short film Beggar and Painter, which is a story revolving around a crisis of homelessness around the globe. While the world around the cinema can be a maze simplicity is the actor's reference point.
