An increasing number of cases get registered due to the pandemic Coronavirus from Karnataka, Kerala & Pune.

To what can be called as one of the worst world scenarios in terms of global health emergencies, the novel Coronavirus disease (COVID 19) has hit the world & how! So much so that medical researchers have still been unable to come up with a vaccine that can completely help in treating the widespread life-threatening virus.





To add to the number of cases reported in people tested positive with the virus, fresh reports suggest that an increasing number of cases are registered from Karnataka, Kerala & Pune. And, moreover, 58 Indians have been made to return to India from Iran which remains one of the most severely affected countries from Coronavirus, registering 237 cases of death as on Tuesday.


Eight new people have been tested positive due to the virus in Kerala as per confirmed by the Kerala health department on Tuesday, making it a total number of 14 cases in the state. Karnataka also reported another 3 cases with the infection. And, Pune was no behind in confirming 3 more people with the virus. However, the new cases have yet not been confirmed by the Union Health Ministry & if that happens, the total number of cases will reach 61, where currently it has been said that India stands at 47 with the number of confirmed cases.




Pinarayi Vijayan, CM of Kerala, confirmed a total of six cases hit by Coronavirus in Kerala while addressing a press conference. Out of which, four are hospitalised at the Medical College, Kottayam in the isolation ward while the other two are admitted at the Taluk hospital in Kozhenchery. To add to the positive cases in Kerala, KK Shailaja, Health minister confirmed two more people hit by the infection in Kerala later in the day.





Karnataka too reported three new positive cases of the virus, making it a total of four cases registered in the state. Pune also registers two more cases affected by the virus, among which one is a daughter of a couple that visited Dubai at the start of the month & the second is the taxi driver who took them from Mumbai to Pune. So, the city in Maharashtra reported a total of four positive cases. Earlier, an elderly couple had tested positive from the virus in Pune after returning from the UAE in the last week of February. Till now, the death toll has exceeded 4,000 across the globe as on Tuesday due to the worldwide spread of the virus.
