An accidental actor – That’s what Colombian actor Jeison Hurtado Moreno thinks he is.

30-year-old Jeison was born in Cali, Valle Del Cauca, Colombia. From a young age, he was passionate about sports and had dreamt of becoming a Soccer star. Apart from sports, he was also inclined towards arts, and that’s what made him study visual arts from an esteemed institute in Cali. How did he end up as an actor, we wonder? “I did not have the best of the neighbourhood as a young kid and had a bad influence on people whom I grew up with. One fine day, I just let go and left my home. On my way walking down a street, I saw a popular Colombian series being filmed there, and I approached the set out of curiosity. Surprisingly, I got introduced to the production team manager who handled the work of extras, and as I needed work, sent him my photographs, and the rest is history” states Jeison.

His film career has taken off, and he has never looked back since then. He credits his parents, his brothers and his close friends to be his support system, who have always stood by him through thick and thin. His immense belief in Jesus Christ is what motivates him and keep him going ahead tirelessly. One of his favourite roles of his career has been from the film ‘Emotionless’, which he feels is the best as an actor. His upcoming film is an action movie named ‘LA MISMA MALDITA HISTORIA’, which stars renowned actors, and the project is slated to be filmed in Cali, Colombia and Mumbai, India. The film will go on the floors in 2022 or 2023, and Jeison is confident that this film will break all box office records of recent times. Apart from acting, he has also done voice over for a few projects.

Being a recognized actor, Jeison is now more a popular figure on social media, with more than 130k followers on Instagram alone. Despite being a popular social media personality, he has kept his private lifeguarded as we do not see him with any special person (women) on any of his posts, making the belief strong that he is still single. This actor is all set to win a million hearts through his charming personality and exceptional acting skills.
