Adele's Upcoming Album Will Address Her Divorce From Her Young Kid.

The 33-year-old pop star has given separate interviews for British and American Vogue - her first in five years - as she prepares to release her long-awaited fourth album. It will have a title of 30 - at this age, she will marry her long-term partner Simon Konecki and then leave her.
"My whole life is a mess, and I have no warning about it," the singer said, admitting she "bites a grenade" and threw it into their marriage. He released a short excerpt from his upcoming single, Easy On Me, released in full on Friday, 15 October.
Adele explained the text by singing, "Calm down to me...": "It's not like someone caught me, but it's like I've left the marriage. So be nice to me too." It was the first song I wrote from the album, and then I didn't write anything for six months because I was like, 'Okay, okay, I said it all.' "
As he worked on the rest of the album, music became a way of explaining things to his son Angelo when he was older, he said. One song that Vogue describes as an "absolute breakup" is "obviously about things going on," Adele says, "but I wanted to put it on the album to show Angelo what a partner expects, no matter if it's a girl or a guy or whatever.
"After my divorce, my standards were high. There was a huge pair of shoes that needed filling." Despite previous reports that the secretive singer often married Konecki in 2016.
"The schedule that the press had for my relationship, for my marriage, was completely wrong," he said. "We got married when I was 30 also then I left." He didn't say how long before they broke up but said, "Not that long." In 2019 she filed for divorce. "It just wasn't right for me anymore," he explained. "I don't want to end up like many other people I know. So I'm not unhappy, but I will be unhappy if I don't put myself first. But yeah, nothing bad happened or anything like that."
Konecki now lives opposite his ex-wife, and the couple shares custody of Angelo.
The singer told American magazine: "If I can come up with a reason why I'm leaving, which is to pursue my happiness, even though it makes Angelo unhappy - if I can find that happiness and he puts me an insight of this happiness, then I can forgive myself." In interviews, the pop superstar also turned to weight loss after Instagram photos of her slim figure became the talk of the town.
"My body has been the object of my entire career. Not just now," he said. "I see why it's shocking. I understand why some women are so hurt. I've visualized a lot of women. But I'm still the same person."
