A man was arrested for trying a bomb threat at a Doja Cat concert.

After jumping over a snake with a bomb, a man was arrested at a Doja Cat concert in the United States.

Fans had been waiting in line for the free show in Indianapolis for more than 12 hours on Saturday when the man told others at 5 p.m. that he had an explosive device in his backpack.

Police evacuated the area in 20 minutes, and the concert resumed after confirming the backpacks were safe.

According to the Indianapolis Police Department (IMPD) statement, the bomb threat investigation is still ongoing.

"A fan wanted to stay in line, so he made a terrible judgment and told those around him that he had a bomb in his backpack," deputy chief Joshua Barker told the Indianapolis Star.

"Someone did the right thing and alerted the IMPD. As a result, the backpack is clean."

The Doja Cat show is part of the preparation for Monday's college football playoffs, where the Georgia Bulldogs will face out-of-town Alabama Crimson Tide.

Fans had lined up at night to start the show, battling freezing ice and rain as temperatures plunged to -9°C.

Some expressed disappointment with the break on social media.

"My boyfriend and I lined up for lunch only to be trampled and feared for our lives," Paige Osbourne wrote on Twitter.

"They threatened with a bomb, and someone was handcuffed 10 minutes before we went to the Doja Cat concert. I'm LIV," added another fan.
