People of West Bengal are not happy with the Amended Citizenship Act, and because of that, we have seen lots of unwanted issues theirs in local places. Properties are damaged, and transportation has been affected. Due to this problem Government has decided to suspend Internet from Sunday 15th December 2019. 

According to the sources, five districts will not get internet service until the situation doesn't come in control. Malda, Murshidabad, Howrah, North 24 Parganas and parts of south 24 Parganas will not get internet as these are the most affected areas and due to wrong use of social media problems can occur in this places. So for security reasons, the internet has been shut down in these places.
