Facebook for years to change some of their practices when it comes to spreading hate and amplifying hate and racist messages on their platforms. Quite frankly we're either met with silence or unfulfilled promises. The campaign comes as Facebook grapples with criticism inside and outside.
The company for allowing false information and racist hate speech to spread following George Floyd's death. Facebook which has 2.6 billion users brought in nearly $70 billion in advertising revenue last year.
