The world may be facing the toughest times till date due to the outbreak of a
pandemic called novel coronavirus, but fortunately, we have been blessed by the
best of doctors, health workers & the police for continuously working for
the people of our country & doing their duties tirelessly. To help such
health warriors, actor Salman Khan has always had an active hand at doing
something for them. This time he is contributing by donating 1 lakh hand
sanitizers to Mumbai Police. The 54-year-old actor has actively participated in
relief work during the pandemic.

Maharashtra CMO tweets about
the same.
To appreciate what Khan did,
the official Twitter handle of the Chief Minister of Maharashtra shared the
news & thanked him for making this humble gesture by writing, “Thank you
@BeingSalmanKhan for providing 1Lakh Hand Sanitizers to our @MumbaiPolice.”

Khan made many donations amidst
the pandemic while locked down in his Panvel farmhouse.
Before making this donation,
Khan had already made many other contributions during the pandemic. Earlier, he
distributed 5000 "Eid kits". The kits distributed by him included
ghee, milk, vermicelli & dry fruits. The distribution was done via a food
truck & under his initiative "Being Haangryy". The food truck of
Being Haangryy was actually designed for his upcoming film 'Radhe: You're Most
Wanted Bhai.' However, since the shootings have been stalled due to the
pandemic, the actor & his production house utilised the same truck to feed
all those in need.
He had earlier even sent food
supplies to people in need near his Panvel farmhouse. A few days back, he had
also donated Rs 3000 each to all the members of the All India Special Artists
Association (AISAA). To top that prior to this, he even extended financial
support to 25,000 daily wage workers working for the film industry & even
provided ration to numerous migrant workers.
