Youngest kid with six-pack abs record-holders age is five if we are not wrong. But we found a new one from Haryana who is only 4.5year old a having clear six-pack abs and toned body at the age of 4.5 years. Is Archit Deswal the original record holder of the world. 

At the age of 4, we try to keep our kids in schools for studies and all we never think of training him or her for a toned body as we know it is not the right age and one mistake can ruin kids life.

Sandeep Deswal father of Archit Deswal who himself is an athlete and fitness coach from a quite long time, feels proud by seeing his son following his footsteps at an early age.

Archit Deswal is pure Vegan, and according to his family, he loves to train hard because he wants to look like his father.

Archit's father, Sandeep Deswal, has reportedly been training him since he was only 3. He had said that his son first started doing general exercise and now he happily does that on a routine base which has helped him gained six pack abs body at the age of 4.5years.

It wasn't until he was around three, though, that the family began to take the Archit's talent more seriously, allowing him to train for approximately 20 to 35 minutes regularly per day, his father said.
