The customer is not receiving OTP for online payment of any transaction since 8th March Morning and they're all trying multiple times. And the customer support tells the system status is "Delivered".
The largest trouble that people are going through with ICICI Bank is with the OTP. Customers are complaining they're now no longer receiving OTPs even after numerous attempts. Not even the IVR OTP alternative is running for them, because of which their bills are failing.
