The lawsuit comes in court after Google filed a lawsuit against the European Union for abuse of market power against a €4.3 billion (US$5 billion) fine. The European Union accuses Google of using Android's success in the smartphone market to make Google its default search engine.

"We have presented evidence showing that Google is the most common search query on Bing," attorney Alfonso Lamadrid said, according to Bloomberg, before an EU court.
