India will celebrate its 75th Independence day on August 15, 2021. As usual, with enthusiasm and a feeling of pride. Citizens of India are excited to host the flag. The Indian Independence movement began during World War 1, and with the lead of Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi on August 15, 1947, the history was created, ending 200-year British rule.

This year also due to the covid-19 pandemic, the celebration would be below. But the enthusiasm among the people of India could be seen at its rise. 

Children at schools are usually asked to prepare some speech, dance, song or essay during the celebration. Because of virtual classes, it is circulated among schools to participate in the celebration virtually. Children are preparing a speech to dedicate their emotion of love towards the country and remembering the sacrifices of our great freedom fighters.

Some great freedom fighters who encouraged people and sacrificed their lives are Mahatma Gandhi, Jawaharlal Nehru, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, Bhagat Singh, Chandra Shekhar Azad, Subhas Chandra Bose and many more. Due to their firm intention and courage, today we are enjoying freedom. Thus, getting inspired by their lives, we need to dedicate part of our lives to serving our motherland India.

What are the ways we can aid and contribute to the growth of India?

1 As we are suffering from a covid-19 pandemic, we need to follow the rules and regulations that the government has imposed to deteriorate its effects.

2. Follow traffic rules, wear a helmet and drive safely. Following simple rules, we are helping our country to develop in maintaining a healthy living environment.

3 Most importantly, say no to spitting in public places. As we are aware majority of diseases are spreading due to our unhygienic habits. Understanding the current fact, we should abolish such habits, which only multiply unpredictable viruses.

4 Save trees, Plant more trees.

Thus, these are some simple habits that could be helpful to upsurge the growth of the country. Let's pledge to contribute some part in keeping the environment clean and healthy during 75th Independence day.
