14th Feb, 2019 in Jammu & Kashmir last year, there came an big

group named Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) targeted a convoy
carrying explosives into the Central Reserve Police Force (CPRF) is attacked by
an suicide bomber on Srinagar-Jammu national highway in Pulwama district.
High tension condition created
between India and Pakistan after the convoy of 78 buses been attacked brutally by
terrorist of Jaish-e-Mohammad named Adil Ahmad Dar, a local from Pulwama, which is carrying around 2500 CRPF personnel.
The attack by explosive loaded SUV reported near Awantipora
resulted in the death of nearly 40 CRPF jawans, while many others were left
highly injured. Newspapers and TV screens were all rolling with the stories
about soldiers and their heartbroken families.

A massive protest, shutdowns, candle marches across the country

12 Mirage 2000 jets of the Indian Air Force on 26th
February crossed the LOC dropping bombs on training camps of Jaish-e-Mohammed into Balakot, Pakistan killing a large number
of terrorists. India claimed an Airstrike against terrorist group releasing an
official statement and video.
On February 27, PAF attempted to strike at installations in Jammu and Kashmir which was foiled by IAF. Wing
Commander Abhinandan Varthaman piloting a MiG-21 Bison aircraft playing a key
role got trapped as a captive by Pakistan Army as his aircraft got hit and his
parachute landed in PoK.
Pakistan released the IAF pilot two days later under strong
international pressure, and he received a heroic warm welcome throughout the
country on his return to INDIA.
